Chef Cory Morris’ menu is inspired by his extensive travels to Spain, Portugal and Argentina.  Focusing on authentic and seasonal ingredients, his menu features dishes like Steak Empanadas with braised Ropa Vieja flank steak,  Garlic Shrimp with chili, aioli, baguette and the ultimate Latin comfort food, Roasted Chicken Arroz with Calasparra Rice, Portuguese-style sofrito and heirloom carrots.

On Wednesday evenings, hit the dance floor with  complimentary salsa lessons and dine from our Havana Nights Menu.
